Dear Patients,

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for the opportunity to provide for your eye care needs!  Please know the safety of our patients and staff continues to be our top priority.  We've taken the additional steps below to ensure your visit is as safe and comfortable as possible.

  • As of April 3rd 2023, Washington state has ended the masking requirements for healthcare facilities.  While masks are no longer required, we still strongly recommend you wear a well-fitting mask during your visit.  In addition, our staff members will continue using masks to promote staff and patient safety.

  • To help limit capacity we are requiring appointments for eye exams as well as visits to select frames or repair eyeglasses.  In addition, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment by yourself.  However, pediatric patients or those requiring assistance are welcome to bring one accompanying guest. If you would like to bring a guest while selecting frames, we simply ask they please wait to enter the office until you have finished your exam and are ready to select frames.

  • We have implemented additional cleaning and disinfection protocols, as well as the use of air purification systems in the office.

  • All frames are carefully cleaned between uses.  We encourage patients to try on any frames they would like, then simply place them in designated trays so we can clean and disinfect them before returning them to display.

As a local small business, we are truly grateful for your support and understanding! We look forward to seeing you soon and wish you and your loved one’s good health and wellness!

Sincerely,

The Staff of Vision Plus Bellevue
